randomalityHelped my mom do some birthday and early Christmas shopping today. Got completely distracted by the tea shop in the mall. I always get distracted by tea shops and tea houses. "Free sample of jasmine pearls? Where?" It was that or the white chai and I'm not that big of a fan of chai. The jasmine pearls was good though. A little heavy on the honey to me, since I don't usually sweeten my tea, but good.
I would love to go back to the tea house in the Chinese Garden soon. The last time I went, there were musicians playing traditional Chinese instruments in there. It was a little stormy outside in the garden, but nice and warm in the tea house. My SO and I spent a few hours in there, just sipping tea and listening to the players. It was a pretty packed house, too. All of the tables on the bottom floor were full and it was busy on the upper floor too.
